    Default Most un-dedicated fighters?

Everyone is always talking about fighters who are/were crazy dedicated, gym rats who always came in ready and in shape (like Evander Holyfield), but lets talk about people on the opposite side of the spectrum. Who are the lazy, albeit very talented fighters who wouldn't put in 100% in the gym, relying mainly just on their talents?

Some that come to mind for me are...

    James Toney
    Ricky Hatton
    Francisco Bojado

Hatton put 150% in the Gym. Outside of it was when he struggled.

IMO that goes hand in hand, if you balloon up to 200+ lbs out of fight time when you fight at 140, it just restricts your training camp to focus more on weight loss rather than actual skill training for the specific fight, Ricky would pretty much go to fat camp when getting ready for a fight.

another fighter that comes to mind is Juanma Lopez, who cut his career short by blowing up in weight between fights and then not full dedicating himself to his craft and only relying on his power that didn't make up for his punch resistance that faded quickly due to his bad training habits and blows taken in fights

    Not-Dedicated

    * James 'Buster' Douglas always had 'motivational' issues.

    * Joe Louis went thru spells of 'lackadaisical efforts'.

    * Ron Lyle was inherently lazy at periods during his career.

    * Gerry Cooney was lacking in intestinal fortitude.

    * Max Baer was a funny sort, who got by on his punching power alone.

    * Ingemar Johansson was 'A Playboy'.

    * Ray Mercer just didn't like to train.

Corrie Sanders....dude could have been GREAT if he was not on the golf course so often. The power he had, the speed, he was very impressive in those regards.
