Smashup's excellent joke made me think of one I heard a few weeks back and had been meaning to post here.

A man found two baby skunks in his back yard one morning. The mother was dead and not wanting them to die he scooped them up and placed them in a cardboard box on the back porch. Realizing that he had no idea how to take care of the babies the man phoned his friend who was a retired vet and asked him to come have a look.

"Well, I can tell you right now that it is very important that you keep them warm. It's very cold at night this time of year and without the mother to cuddle with they will surley die."

"Actually," the man said to his vet friend, "I was thinking of waiting till my wife falls alseep tonight and putting them between her legs."

"What about the smell?" the friend asked.

"They'll get use to it."
