How important are legs,lower back and glutes in boxing. Becuase It seems to me that these areas seem to be less developed in various boxers ?

How would you advice training upper body as my lower is massive.

Would bodyweight execrcises be enough or would you advise hitting the weights ? How would you structure a programme ?

I weigh in at around 90k 6ft 3, slim build, little body fat.
