Nah man thats fine,
when i was training for fights id run 4 miles in the morning and a short run in the evening with a tough gym session.
Its works wonders for your fitness but its very important to takes AT LEAST one day off to rest and chill out.
your body and cells have to recover and grow to make the impact
eating is very important. plenty of good carbs, pasta, rice etc
cut out chocolate and fat
thats all i know man
yes and no.
Your body needs time to recover from CV training, and thus you shouldnt be putting two runs every 24 hours on a regular bases.
But on the other hand 2 miles isnt gonna be training the CV fitness - it takes you what 10/15 mins or so? personally ud do better if u got the time to just do one run in the morning, at least half an hour, get yourself in the CV training zone or at least the fat burning zone.
2 miles to me seems a bit like a warm up.
i ran about an hour yesterday
around 8 o clock in the evening
is it okay to run in the evening?
or is it better to do it in the morning of afternoon
The only time I've ran twice a day was when I was worried about making weight. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it. Change your 2 mile run to a 3 or 4 mile run and call it a day
Cut it down to one longer run. try 3 miles and build up till you can do 4 or 5 without killing youself....Get some other form of aerobics or something in place of the second run....Though running is good cardio it's not the only kind you need...Just because you can run alot doesn't mean all muscle groups are getting benefit....add others to it....I suggest a Pilates workout at a quicker pace or maybe ti-bo some people think that sounds funny but give it a try....I know guys who can run 10miles but cant finish an advanced ti-bo workout
