Got Myself Swiss Ball Today Anyone Else Got One ??

anyhoo yes got one usually get one workout a week in on it full body.

You can do so much with the swiss ball, almost anything really. If you get used to it, it's good for bench pressing and loads of other free weigth routines. But NOT until you reall know how to use it.

I got on it first time otherday and i kept sliding lol i was bloody hopeless but i got used to it in end im only really using it for abs because i got big weights in shed i do them everyday i bought them not long ago.

Yeh it's hard to balance at first, I usually wedge my feet under the bar that goes along the bottom of the floor in stretching area in the gym, just makes sure you don't fall backwards and stay in the right position.

That kinda defeats the object of balancing on a ball and using your core.

I was referring to when you start using it - for safety - so I will rephrase " I used to wedge my feet"
