I say "Sugar" Shane Mosley. What say you fellow boxing nerds? And don't pretend like you believe that Floyd will actually stay retired, cus he won't.

"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
i say go back down to 147
This thread has already been done,it's on page 2 I think.I'd say Mosley, then the winner of Margarito-Williams #/Cotto-Judah mini tournament. Then he can retire.
id rather see pbf fight ricky hatton more than anyone else out there for some reason

Oscar did well but Mosley has the potential to do better
mosley would be a great fight both quick and agile. still think PBf would beat him but mosley is the only boxer with in PBF's weight range that i think has a possibility of beating him on the night.

I think their styles would gel alot better infact and we'd see Floyd coming forward more.
it has to be mosley. fighting hatton is pretty pointless as everyone knows hatton would get owned. a fight against cotto would be alright but i don't see him beating mayweather
like i have been saying for at two years now...sugar shane mosely is the only person who can beat floyd...147 or below..shane mosely stops floyd late.....shane is tooooooo strong and at 147 he will be more than quick enough to catch floyd not to mention his work rate + the strength will wear floyd down....guaranteed...if oscar had a higher punch out put he probably could have worn floyd down...for the first in floyd's career he looked tired during that fight..but i think he over trained...i told my friend while watching 24/7 that it seemed like floyd was over training and he would get tired...i'm not sure if it was oscar's weight or the over training..but whatever it was he (floyd) was definitely tired in his corner....

PBF gets his own talk show he can tell us all how great he is then he shows us how to dance Roger tells us in his own words how good PBF is. :P :P :P
Shane Mosely at 147 can't see point really in him fighting Hatton it would be like target practice
Mosley at 147 or maybe Wright at 154 since Wright will be weakened to make 154 and that will make it a fair fight.
Mosley is the obvious choice. And to be honest, after about a year or so, I could see it happening. I don't think he stays retired but there is a good chance he goes away for a year or so. The man has kids who are growing up while he's not there.
I wanted to see him fight Ricky Hatton at 147, but honestly, that's just because I believe it will be a brutal beating for Hatton. He SHOULD fight Mosley because I want to see Floyd push himself. I like Floyd but as of late I've been getting frustrated with him. He clearly beat ODLH but I feel like if he stepped it up a bit in the last four rounds and put some punches together, he could have stopped ODLH. If he doesn't put in more work against Mosley, I actually believe that Mosley will win and possibly knock Floyd out. It's too bad that Mosley didn't take the fight in February because now I think that Floyd is probably holding a grudge against Mosley. I don't really blame him either, Mosley really has been ducking Floyd for years and now his old ass wants to cash in.
