He really needs to work on that defence, learn to fight from range somewhat better and learn to punch properly because that technique is awful shaky at the moment....
Completely agree here miles and well said. Quintana moved well but again if Paul would have thrown his usual punches maybe that would have changed things.
Good post, sending some Rep. your way for this.

Well , Quintana won William , so now Where are all you Cotto haters? , What all you have to say now? , Williams now is just put an excuses, you see that is a real bad loser..... Do you imagine ,what real could happen if he fight with Cotto?......That is for all the people that subestimated Quintana....I told in Topics before that guy was an Starving boxer for a long time....

He might of had an off night...I don't think he is no longer part of the top tier I just think he did exactly as mentioned...Overlooked Quintana...Quintana is a good fighter...Williams is arrogant...Williams wanted a fight against either Cotto or PBF.....He felt he could beat either...

Now take the fact Cotto beat Quintana..Williams figured that I can beat Cotto...Cotto beat Quintana...Should be nothing more then a sparring session for me.....Add the fact he did not fight in over a year and the combination ended Williams title reign....

Hopefully Williams learned a lesson on this....We will know what Paul is made of by how he reacts and how quick he returns to the ring

Quintana is more of a counterpuncher than a defensive fighter. He feints and throws punches from awkward angles that fighters don't expect. He is the typical "give em angles" fighter with decent punching power, great defense, and good movement. He will give anyone a good fight at 147.

All I have to say is I'm glad I didn't get the opportunity to bet on it or I would have lost.
