I'm interested to see if Coleman Rua are in the cage yet, or what the status is there in Ireland.

Fuk.
I just watched it.
My buddy Mark Coleman looked like a tired 44 year old who dropped 7 pounds on the weigh in day.
Which is exactly what he sadly is & did.

Mark was a great fighter, one of the guys who started the sport.
It has passed him physically now, & I hope he will only coach from his Hammer House gym (25 miles from me) & be a respected member of the Hall of Fame, which he already is.
Mark knows the sport.
He just has to find guys who will buy into his correct ideas & fill the gym with winners.
I hope Randleman is @ his side.

I have watched your career, Mark, & have enjoyed your performances.
You are my favorite.
