GoldenBoy nowadays are frantically scratching for the next ticket, the PPV star, and Victor was it in their minds. They've bit off a tad bit too much to chew on the shoulders of the 22 year old rising star, Victor Ortiz, but not because of the young pugilist's lack of skills, but moreso by the haste by which they got to things in facilitating the PPV date.
