I seriously doubt a fight with P. Will is an easy fight for Floyd because of what you saw in the Martinez-Williams fight. I just see P. Will as a bigger, faster, stronger, and better chin version of Judah.

Floyd will not fight Williams, too risky and low reward. Floyd prefers Hatton, type crap if he can get away with it.

I would rather see Williams give Martinez a rematch. I think a lot of people feel Martinez won that fight. And it was a great action packed fight.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
DId you see how much Sergio Martinez, a guy slower than Judah, was fast than Paul Williams?
The only thing Paul Williams is bigger, he takes a shot better, and he has a higher output, but he isn't anywhere near to as good technically, nor is he anywhere near as quick as Judah.
the Matthew Hatton's rumors seem very persistent as the first interested told fightnews today that according to his trainer, the Mayweather's camp said that Hatton was the top name on their list for a bout: Mayweather-M Hatton? | Boxing News

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
It would never happen, because Mayweather doesn't want none.
Regarding a fight, I find it pretty even really.
Mayweather has the boxing skills to outbox Williams but he does seem to lack a workrate nowadays.
To beat Williams you need to counter effectively but also have to maintain a good workrate to keep him off. Can Mayweather do that for 12 ?? I'm not sure.
I could see Williams winning based on making Mayweather fight at a faster pace than he likes to and with his length and reach, it could be a very bad fight for Floyd.
I think Williams should forget 147, he's too big and too much of a risk to get fights there.
He should focus on 154 and 160.
Has Mayweather even got the ability to be a top fighter any more, it has been 2 years, fighting a lightweight and now Hatton's brother says he has not.
