I remember watching it late 80s or early 90s. Just can't remember the name.
Sounds like a porn film I have watched.
I never knew porn and martial arst can mix 'til I met Master. You're an incredible fella, mate. I'll try it myself next time.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.

i could be wrong, but think you are thinking of Lucky Stars Go Places

Lucky Stars - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It was a series of films which started off with Winners and Sinners (Jackie Chan guest appearance with Yuen Biao, Sammo Hung costarred with ensemble cast and he directed) followed by My Lucky Stars. Andy joins the ensemble in the 4th film Lucky Stars Go Places

    Was that it?

Not quite martial arts film, but it's from hong kong and starred Chow Yun-fat and the balisong knife is from Filipino Martial Arts

    ------

I’ve a project of making Balisong GIFs from Movies

This first set is from the 1992 Hong Kong movie Full Contact starring Chow Yun-fat

    3 more GIFs here:

    2. Young Heroes of Shaolin 1982
    3. The Smiling Proud Wanderer 1984 (Chow Yun Fat plays the lead role)
    4. Sword Stained with Royal Blood 1985
    5. Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain 1985
    6. Two Most Honorable Knights 1988

    6. Two Most Honorable Knights 1988
solid list - all classics -

i would add to the Martial Arts/Period

    7. The Legend of the Condor Heroes (1983) (Felix Wong, Barbara Yung (RIP), Michael Miu)
    8. Duke of Mount Deer (1985) (Tony Leung Chiu-wai - one of his early breakout roles, Andy Lau)
    9. The Return of the Condor Heroes (1983) (Andy Lau)

    add in non MA/period:

10-The Bund (1980) (Chow Yun-fat's fame/popularity - started more or less from this series, also starred Ray Lui)
    11-Police Cadet '84 (1984) (Tony Leung Chiu-wai)
12-Looking Back in Anger (1989) (Felix Wong, Deric Wan)

    Honorable Mention:

13-1996's Journey to the West (Monkey King/Sun Wukong played by Dicky Cheung) (I know not 1980's, hence the 'honorable mention'

I think I'll start watching Looking Back in Anger, I know about the series and even love the theme song, just never got around to watching it. Police Cadet '84, I probably haven't seen since the 80s when I was a kid. Maybe I'll start watching it later.

BTW, there's this one TVB series, I think it has Leon Lai in it. Anyways, the guy who I think is played by Leon Lai gets shot near the end, then proceeds to go to his wedding while leaving his gun shot untreated, collapses while he's in the middle of nuptials, then I think he gets arrested does some time and then gets out and reunites with his wife, then the series ends. Do you know what series is this?

    FULL DISCLOSURE:

i hate Leon's wooden acting! it's 'wooden'... the only other actor i can think was wooden (but cool) was Chu Kong (Little Li's Flying Daggers; the middleman in Woo/Chow Yun-fat's The Killer).

i don't think i've watched that series, and i hate leon's acting, or lack of acting, but that sounds interesting... i will search around to find the name of the series

A Better Tomorrow I - the classic that made Chow Yun-fat a superstar as well as put director John Woo on the map. Used to be my all-time favorite movie. It's #2 now behind director Johnnie To's The Mission.

Costarring oldschool Shaw Brothers leading man, Ti Lung, the story is about Ti Lung who is a counterfeiter and CYF is his right-hand man. Ti Lung's younger blood-brother is a police cadet, Leslie Cheung, about to graduate. Leslie doesn't know his older brother is on the other side of the Law but will soon find out. Ti Lung wanted to retire from counterfeiting, but the Boss wanted him to do one more job. The Boss asks Ti Lung to take Waise Lee along with him on this last job. Waise Lee has plans to take over the operation by informing the Police. Police are closing in and Ti Lung wondered who ratted them out and as the Lieutenant, he tells Waise Lee to run for it and he'll hold off the Police. Ti Lung gets arrested. Does his time and is estranged from his brother Leslie. Wants to stay clear of the wrong side of the law but Waise Lee, who is now running the counterfeit operation is trying to get Ti Lung back, while CYF is looking for revenge against Waise Lee.

Woo explores themes of Loyalty/Brotherhood and Honor. He apprenticed under Chang Cheh, the prolific director of the oldschool Shaw Brothers movies. Chang loved the "Heroic Bloodshed" genre which also explored the same themes.

Made a set of animated GIFs of Chow Yun-fat's "gun-fu"

    Enjoy 3 more GIFs here:

    Enjoy!
I've seen Full Contact recently and it really is a bad ass film.

Good action and colorful characters. Virgin and her muscle head boyfriend were entertaining.
