Adamek has Pulev next? I got Pulez on that one. He looked slow and only exploded in spots today.
Yeah if that comes off I got pulev taking it, adameks been in to many wars and its taken its toll.
Adamek looks sluggish, (no pun) especially compared to when he was @ Light-Heavyweight and Crusierweight.
I don't see there being any controversy in this fight, Cunningham took a lot of punishment and spent much of the fight backing up and eating leather. He did counter well and stood his ground at times, but it wasn't enough, good effort, but no cigar.

I had Adamek winning the fight 7-5 in rounds...

A very close fight that could have gone either way.

This is NOT a robbery so please people don't start with that.

Most rounds were really close only a few rounds were clear on who won.
A win to either guy or a draw would have been a good result as well.

I think Cunningham did a better job at slipping alot more than it looked. It may be a case of pick your poison but Adamek really had a twinge of seeing opening but thinking about it first. Slower. Its no mystery that Steve would-must exchange with him to get through but he was able to establish pace and jab alot of the times and wasn't cut off at all.

    I agree.

I too had Adamek winning 7-5. There were 2 very close rounds, instead of scoring them 10-10 I gave one to each boxer.

Adamek took the fight to Cunningham, and landed more clean hard shots while Cunningham landed more jabs.

I don't think it's a robbery, although I did have Cunningham winning the fight. He displayed great ring generalship, was able to slip and move around the more heavy handed but less mobile and less active Adamek, and landed cleaner more effective punches consistently over the whole round-every round.

I wanted Adamek to win and can see how the judges scored it for him. He landed harder shots, came forward more and pressed the action at the end of rounds. The judges were impressed by his aggression.

The shame is the reading of the cards. A new fan may now think boxing is a corrupt joke. A casual fan is reminded that boxing is probably a corrupt joke. While die hard fans who already know boxing is a corrupt joke are just embarrassed for the millionth time.

    Great fight tho!

I think that's the third time I've seen cards changed in the ring. That was a close fight that could have gone either way depending on the judges. I was happy with the final decision.
Too bad Hamer quit on his stool but everyone knows how much they are willing to take, it's his life.

That's very nice of you to offer. When's the fight start?

Feel a bit hard done by here. Ah well we'll get there eventually
