Reading that I think price will leave Maloney soon. I think he needs a fresh start really, I wonder where he would go.

He should sign with Frank Warren. Maloney wasn't able to keep him active enough, Price had far fewer rounds coming into this year than the others who turned pro around the same time.

When Price was knocking out journeymen in early rounds, he should have been fighting every two months or so. Wladimir Klitschko fought 14 times in 1997, Mike Tyson fought 17 times in one year fighting those kind of journeymen.

I like the way Peter Fury is keeping Hughie active right now, Maloney should have been doing that with Price.

Maloney isn't right for Price and there's a lot of work to be done there. He needs to be very busy and get those wins under his belt to get his confidence back. Maloney should throw in the towel now, it wasn't nice seeing him so upset after price lost and with his health he shouldn't be putting himself under so much stress. He's achieved enough in the sport and he should move on now.

Wish Price had been with matchroom though whilst he was progressing before the Thompson losses, he would have gone a lot further IMO.
