Probably the safest way to lose 3kg's in a week is to cut your right arm off. You won't be dehydrated so you can jab your way to a win.

    That's about right.

1500 Calories = 1 Kilo of Bodyweight. If you want to lose 3 kilos in one week, you would need to cut back 4500 calories from you diet each day! Cos your a boxer, you have to eat healthy. So cutting back that many calories and staying healthy for a person of your weight...almost impossible.

I tend to find I drop weight immediately if I don't eat any meat for a few days. Also have been told to cut carbs except fruit since more complex carbs are supposed to hold water. Not sure if doing that will loose you 3 kg though!

will be easy enough wrap bin bags round yourself underneith your clothes and go for a run, or spend a few hour in the sauna. it is for a weigh in isnt it? because it wouldnt be a good idea to dehydrate yourself just to loose weight

A lot of people have trouble rehydrating after going through all the extra sweating. It's kind of drastic and a lot of guys do it, but I would never recommend it to anyone.
