    Default Boxing on uk tv

Can anyone from the Uk tell me if we have some, all or none of the boxing this weekend please ?

There's a few good fights with Gonzales, usyk etc but I can't see them advertised anywhere. I read itv 4 are showing usyk but I've had a look at the planner and it's not there, I'm also subscribed to boxnation and sky sports but they aren't showing anything either so not sure what I'm paying for here.

seperatley does anyone else have this problem with sky box office .... each time I pay for PPV boxing the fight automatically gets removed from my recordings and it's not in deleted section either. Floyd vs mcgregor was gone from my planner when I checked this morning. Not a great loss I know but when advertising, sky say you can "purchase" the fight not "rent it" which is effectively what happens every time. Some people don't get chance to watch it again immediately but would like it saved for when they can so why do sky take it off you without telling you when its been paid for

Apologies for the rant, I know there's more important issues going on in the world, what with the hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and nuclear war etc but can I atleast watch some boxing when I pay for every channel ...

    rant over

Gonzales fight is on Sky Sports Action

    http://www.skysports.com/watch/boxing-on-sky

As for the PPV, I'm not too sure because I don't have Sky anymore but a few years back when I ordered something on PPV I pressed record and had a message saying that the recording of PPV events was not allowed.

I don't think you can do it on Virgin either, I suppose they want you to watch it live and then force you into watching the re-runs over the next few days, it drives the viewing figures up doesn't it

    from www.metro.co.uk

The first bout of the tournament, Usyk v Huck is described as having ‘post-fight on-demand coverage’ and there appears to be no live coverage on television.

This is what happens when Masters beloved ITV gets involved, what was due to be a fucking cracking tournament has descended into an absolute farce.

each of the quarter finals involving Jr, Groves and Smith are PPV and the cruiserweights are not even being shown on live TV

at present we have got Jr, Groves and AJ all on PPV within 3 or 4 weeks.

    Fucking joke

come back Eddie, all is forgiven

Thanks. The cruiserweights is the better of the two tournaments so disappointing no channel will show the fights live

Callum smith on ppv ....lol. I thought I'd heard it all when hughie fury was announced as being on ppv

I blame all you cunts for buying ppv's and accepting the "business model" of sky and eddie.

The lowest time in boxing was Bellew v Cleverley 2 ppv.

ITV are cunts too bring it all back to BBC, channel 5 and Dave.

    C.Smith isn't PPV (ITV4).

It's a shame Usyk-Huck isn't live but hopefully it's due to the lateness of the deal - they only announced it this week.

You are correct about Smith, I was just making sure people were paying attention.

Hopefully you are right about Usyk v Buck, they must realize that there would be quite a bit of interest in that one.

It's only being shown on Canada's "super channel" and Germany's "Sat 1" channel.
I'll check after the Spurs game for links 😎

I managed to watch it live on YouTube. I just typed in usyk vs huck and a live stream came up. Usyk looked very impressive

smith vs skoglund this weekend - I'll be able watch on tv on itv4 instead of an iPad but if anyone else wants to watch the cruiserweight fights there's a good chance it will be shown live on YouTube if you try at fight time
