Default Floyd involved in kidnapping/brutal beating?

Floyd Mayweather -- Allegedly Involved in Kidnapping & Brutal Beating ... Over Missing Jewelry | TMZ.com

Floyd Mayweather allegedly orchestrated a savage attack on two of his employees he suspected of stealing his jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports ... the two men had been hired to work on Floyd's Vegas homes ... but when jewelry went missing, Floyd pointed the finger at them.

We're told the men claim they were contacted several weeks ago and instructed to meet Floyd at an off-site location.

When the men arrived, they claim Floyd was waiting for them -- along with a number of his "people" -- who proceeded to beat the living crap out of them with various weapons, including clubs.

Our sources say the attack was so brutal the men could have easily died. Both men had broken arms and legs and were hospitalized for several days.

One source put it this way, "It was some 'Breaking Bad' s**t."

We're told the men are adamant they never took anything from Floyd and it appears Floyd realizes that now. But here's the problem for the ex-champ -- sources familiar with the situation say the attack amounts to attempted murder, mayhem and kidnapping. We're told the men have retained a lawyer.

We reached out to Floyd's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

As brilliant as he is in the ring, he's obviously a mindless thug outside of it.

Why does that make him a thug? He punished those punks who stold from him. The items he bought with the money he earned through blood sweat and tears.

The chumps who got beatdown are the thugs, fake thugs.. if not them, who else could have stold the jewelry.. they probably slipped the info to their homies on the outside and did the job..

Even if they had been beaten to death, I would say floyd is innocent.

You missed the part where it says that they said they were innocent and that Floyd now knows they were innocent.

That's why you don't beat the fuck out of someone on suspicion... it's what a thug does.

If it's true, right? Let's not jump on the TMZ bandwagon just yet as TMZ is rumor mill after all.

I'm not much for jewelry either but that's his money and his business, in my opinion.

Agree 100%. If it is true, it's just another person that has the world in his hands and pissed it away. I willing to wait until the truth comes out not some bullshit I hear on T.V.

If this is true and the men press CRIMINAL charges then he's in some very serious trouble.

However, it's probably bullshit n will end up being a frivolous civil suit at worst.

Floyd has form when it comes to this sort of thing. If this is true it'll be settled out of court with big cheques for both those guys. Floyd has a whole bunch of sexual harassment/battery/etc-suits-waiting-to-happen walking round his house too. They'll all get settled the same way. He's going to get himself in proper trouble eventually though.

Some dude sporting a faded Bulls jersey guzzling red bulls at his 1/2 desk and pounding away in between tweets. It's like the receptionist we hired to answer phones on a Saturday For 3 hrs and she listed it as "Director of client solutions & concerns and daily event organizer"
