    I'll run this debate for 40 days. Who wins in a lightweight battle between Aaron Pryor and Roberto Duran?

    Please say who you voted for and why

    I didn't want to leave you hangin...but as weak as me response shall be...I voted DRAW.

    Skill to brawl & lots of even ground to be covered. Even Steven...this one's a smoker.

    i like duran im not sure why but roberto at lightweight was awesome. (though if panama lewis gave pryor the "special mix" then pryor might pull it out late. lol

    well look at facts pryor could brawl duran could brawl pryor throws more punches than duran and has got iron chin same with duran but pryor can box on outside when he had to and duran struggled with boxers ray leonard for example so i pick it to be even until 9th or 10th round when pryor boxes he wins by about 3 or 4 rounds to win ud

    PRYOR VS DURAN STATS

    SPEED= PRYOR
    POWER = DURAN
    CHIN = EQUAL
    STAMINA =EQUAL
    FOOTWORK = PRYOR
    WORKRATE = PRYOR HAS GOT MORE
    HEART = MAYBE EDGE TO DURAN

    i think these stats are fair

    At lightweight it's Duran all the way....Many of the younger fans or less knowledgeabl ones don't really know Duran from his lightweight years...He is more known for his fights with Leonard and Hearns...At lightweight Duran was Awsome..his power was fantastic that is where he recived the name Hands of stone...Plus he was a mean SOB at that time...Roberto fought for money and pleasure...Not fame and titles they just happened to go along with it...A tough fight indeed but Roberto goes away with the win...I hate to admit it because Pryor was my man at 140...

    Duran...anyone he could hit would be a good opponent for him, Pryor would take it but lose a decision

    Prime Duran stops Pryor late.....he was a pure beast at his best at lightweight.
