Wow this is HUGE news for the MMA world.....
Heres CC#481 on me and thanks for the news....
Thats crazy! news man the possible match ups.... Wow!!
This could be the best thing ever to happen for MMA. MMA, like boxing, will now have the chance to have legitimate "undisputed" champions. Holy shit....
*edit*
Just read the article, it isn't Pride becoming UFC, the two are just owned by the same parent company now. Bit of a letdown but still, the machups are the key thing. I just wish they would take the ring of out Pride.
#1285 is all yours Bro...... this is unbeliavable and surreal in a way.. Wish you kept it on the main board for a little bit, this might sway some haters who think its some 2nd rate outhouse fights in some rednecks backyard....Originally Posted by CutMeMicK

This is such awesome news! What match ups do you look forward to most?
i wanna see...
Vanderlei Silva vs. Tito Ortiz
Fedor Emelianenkov vs. Tim Sylvia (just to see how bad Sylvia gets crushed)
Shogun Ruuas vs. Chuck Liddell
  # 147  Yep thats the 1st thing that came to mind...Fedor running wild in the UFC, also I wish UFC would have open weight divisions occasionaly to determine there best PFP fighterOriginally Posted by BoxingGod
You can't have open weight competitions in the US. NSAC has a presribed maximum weight difference between fighters under HW. They would have to do it outside of the states. The word is that Pride's weight classes will change to mirror UFC's. This is a issue for several of their LW fighters.

That sucks seeing that the original format put them on the map...... I would think a few states might allow it, then again I couldnt say for sure... But even if they put on a show in Japan that would be quite a program....Originally Posted by VanChilds
