As a fighter theres always gonna be a moment where striking the ref seems to be the best thing to do, but we all have enough self control to not follow through with this. That guy did enough for all of us though, even by Judah's standards.

To the fighter's defense, I don't see why the ref was stepping in during either of those moments.
Neither time were they in a clinch.
The fighters were swinging punches before the ref jumps in.
Can't jump in the middle of a gunfight and complain you've been shot.

Normally when the ref steps in its because you can't throw anything hard back or defend your self... his defence wasn't brilliant... but it was there and as they (both) learned he could still throw a punch
