He is the most overrated San SHou fighter ever... probably because he is the only north american person to do it... I train with a guy that went to worlds at the same time as Kung Lee in San Shou, and he has never won worlds because both the russians and chinese absolutely destroyed him.

He fights opponents who are completely overmatched and have little to no Expierence in his odd little way of fighting, with its crazy rule set. He scissors tackles guys and gets points and does all this crazy shat, but let him go against a skilled striker and grappler in either King of the Cage, UFC or Pride and he will get his ass handed to him.

San Sho is fighting with no submissions... it was actually a no holds barred version of fighting minus the submissions. So I like it more unless I was watching a submission special.

Well its not very competitve, what ever it is, when Cung Lee is the only guy who knows how to fight under the rules. Least I haven't seen one of his opponents repeatadly take him down or look to know how to do any thing cept kickbox.

Well this HATER says fuk you too. And any UFC or Pride contender in his weight class would whip his lil ass. Submit him, KO him or ground and pound him. I think Frank Trigg would take him. Georges St.Pierre would for sure. Taking someone down and getting points, is not no holds barred MMA. I can box guys who have never boxed before ever, and have no expierence or very little expierence then claim I am a bad ass too. But WTF would that prove?!

umm cung is the underdog in terms of experience
he's only had 2 MMA fights and he's won by KO in both of them
if you're wondering why i like him so much it's because he's got talent oozing out of his pores and we share the same nationality.

people here dislike him cuz they feel he was fighting people who were completley helpless under the san sho rules, i dont care tho, those sicors tak downs are bad ass, and it looks like he is trying to learn how to fight without take downs, which will help him expand, i think he has some potential, i think he is hesitant to take people down in MMA cuz he wouldnt know what to do with them on the floor, if he learns how to mount effectivley he can become real dangerous...

i think he would be better off trying to learn a saku kick or a stomp, once a guy goes down he could just kick the fuck out of thier head
