He says Ibragimov is a good fighter but there's no way he will lose. Agree with him?

The way Ray Austin had him I think Briggs could win this in the first round unless he has another asthma attack
Ibragimov is above average, and does have a big punch, and could possibly win rounds but Briggs as stuck in the mud as he is, should be able to knock him out. You don't really know though, when a guy is so out of shape you never know when they just fold.Originally Posted by El Gamo

Briggs is 40 pounds heavier than when he fought Lewis and over 60 pounds heavier than on his pro debut - Very surprised he lasted 12 rounds, his game plan has got to be to get the jon done inside 5 or 6 rounds at most

Ibragimov vs. Briggs, I don't think this fight will be interesting at all. Another snooze fest. Briggs will probably win, but it will be as exciting as Ruiz vs. Valuev.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Ibragimov in my opinion is a much better fighter than Lyakhovich. He is more powerfull, puts together better combos and is an excellent body puncher. He throws a ton of punches and is very fast.I don't see Briggs being able to handle his work rate and losing a UD.
Are these seriously the best bums than can gather to make up a "title match"?

I am hoping Briggs wins this fight. Then maybe he will try to unify. If Ibragimov wins then he will want a easy title defense or two himself.
I have only seen one fight with Sultan. If I took that performance against Brigg's most recent performance, I don't see Briggs winning. He gets gassed way too easy. I really think there was something wrong with Sergei, cause he didn't do anything that fight. Briggs had better be in much better shape for this fight. Austin wobbled Sultan, but it was very late in the fight, and I don't think Briggs can fight the pace Sultan and Austin did.
Austin and Sultan was actually a good fight. Good action and very competetive. Judging from Briggs last performance, I would think both of them would wear Briggs down.
By the way anyone know what's up with Lamon Brewster Haven't heard anything since his fight with Sergei, I know he had a detatched retina but is he retiring, coming back, when??
Sultan's last fight has better sleep inducing effects than morphine.
Ibragimov also stopped Whitaker who has a better chin than Briggs and is also a lot more active in the ring.
Ibragimov had to hit Whitaker bare fisted in the chin at the press conference firstOriginally Posted by Klitschkofan
