Has anyone watched call centre BBC3 about the third biggest call centre in Swansea? The CEO is funny as hell and wants everyone to be happy as happy staff sell more. He is like David Brent but not as intelligent

I work in a call centre, in swansea, with over 1,000 people working there. But its not this one. But as smashup says, its quite a laugh and there's lots of young girls working there.

Every now and again I do feel like a complete perv looking at 19 year old tits and buns, but fortunately I have the mental strength to overcome that issue.

How he has not been taken to employment tribunal is beyond me. He must have settled out of court loads of time. Last episode he was having a go at gingers, he has sacked people for not singing at the induction and he set up a speed date night out for a young girl who had recently been dumped.

One of the girls on my team had an interview over there, and she walked out during the singing bit! I guess you either buy into that workplace atmosphere or you don't.

When you sat external visitors you mean normal people. The culture in that organisation is wrong.

I can't imagine the money is that good...but it's fairly decent for the Swansea area. I'm sure a big chunk of it comes on the commissions or bonuses for sales in that place, so if you can sell well you might do alright.
