Wow, so many great fights to choose from to answer this question.

I can watch the Morales vs. Barrera fights over and over again.

Oh man, theres a lot on that list...lemme see...

Barerra vs. Marquez (so much quick, sharp, accurate punching/countering in that one)
James Toney vs. Vasilly Jirove (Heart from both fighters, dynamic finish)
Floyd Mayweather vs. Zab Judah (I love seeing two quick, skillful fighters go at it)
Diego Corrales (RIP) vs. Jose Luis Castillo 1 (Amazing in-fighting exhibition, fight had me pulling my hair in the last round)
Thomas Adamek vs. Paul Briggs 2 (didn't see the other 2, but this one had crazy ebb and flow)
Evander Holyfield Riddick Bowe 1 (Haven't seen the other 2, but this one had crazy-ER ebb and flow)
Micky Ward vs. Arturo Gatti 1 (Haven't seen the other 2, but this one had the crazy-EST ebb and flow)
Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Wilfredo Benitez (rough boxing match with good heart displayed from both fighters)
Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Roberto Duran 1 and 2 (both were competitive, even the so-called "no-mas" fight)
Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Thomas Hearns 1 (amazing role reversal in this one)
Marvin Hagler vs. Tommy Hearns (nonstop action)
Roberto Duran vs. Iran Barkley (I believe this was '89 FOTY...nuff said)
Muhammed Ali vs. Joe Frazier 1 (rough fight, Joe displays what to do against an outside boxer)
Muhammed Ali vs. Joe Frazier 3 (rougher fight, Ali in much better shape, showing great reserves...Joe with massive body punches)

And for the one-sided or ridiculous beatings I can watch over and over again...

James Tony vs. Iran Barkley (Tony was just sick at super middleweight...he beat the hell out of Barkley like I've never seen)
Floyd Mayweather vs. Arturo Gatti (Why I say that when Floyd wants to turn it on, he can hurt you...bad)
Marco Antonio Barrera vs. Naseem Hamed (Good to see conventional boxing beat an unorthodox style)
Roberto Duran vs. Davey Moore (absolutely mean and brutal display by ol' Hands O' Stone)
Kostya Tzyu vs. Zab Judah (the dance after the right hand makes this one)
Oscar Delahoya vs. Ricardo Mayorga (left hook was beautiful, plus good seeing Mayorga's mouth silenced)
Felix Trinidad vs. Ricardo Mayorga (more mouth-silencing-goodness)

I'm sure there are many others, but these are the one's have had in my collection at one point in time.

    Chico (RIP) vs Castillo I

    Ali vs Frazier III

    Gatti vs Ward

    Morrales vs Barerra I

This is no fun. These obvious picks (my first 4). I'll try to throw a couple that some people may not remember but IMO are very good.

Tony Lopez vs Rocky Lockridge I

Jorge Paez vs Calvin Grove I

Jeff Harding vs Dennis Andries I

    Mark Breland vs Aaron Davis

Livingstone "Ras-I Alujah" Bramble vs Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini (both fights. especially I)

JC Candelo vs Michael Lerma I

Many more but that's a few that I appreciate.

    Good picks.
Used to love Jeff Harding. Had limited ability but was tough as a coffin nail, and a 2 time champ. A forgotten man.
Paez v Grove was amazing too. Especially that last round.

    Thanx 4 tha props nonito.

As a young fighter I actually had the pleasure of being one of Jeff's sparring partners in his camp leading to the McCallum fight. He was a great guy & I learned alot from him.

    Morrales vs Barerra I
    Gatti vs Ward 1
    Naz vs Kelly
    Tszyu vs Hatton
    Zab vs Tszyu
    Hatton vs Thaxton
    Mayweather vs Castillo 1
    Castillo vs Corrales 1
    Tszyu vs Hurtardo

Morrales vs Barerra I is the fight I have seen the most. Probably about 60-70 times and I still think it's one of the best fights ever.

I've seen Oscar Vargas so many times. Damn Oscar looked smooth with those crisp combinations.
