    Default Agbeko Vs Darchinyan

I saw this listed under upcoming fights, later in the year. I am going to go ahead now and pick Agbeko before everyone else. Agbeko will bring it to Darchinyan, King Kong will squash the Raging Bull. You heard it here first.

I hope you're right. 'Never seen Agbeko fight, but King Kong is pretty intimidating nickname. We'll see.

I'm going with Agbeko as well. I think it'll come down to the chins. Agbeko took flush shots from a very good puncher in Luis Perez without much trouble. I think he'll take Darchinyan best punches as well. I don't see Darchinyan's taking his

Agbeko will struggle with Darchinyans counters, plus his defense is not the greatest. You can't take the sort of shots Gonzalez landed from Darchinyan! This is going to be a great fight!!!

That makes no sense. He took Gonzalez's punches. Why won't he be able to take Darchinyan's? Gonzalez is the bigger puncher.

You think William Gonzalez is a bigger puncher than Darchinyan? I know his record looks good but he's only knocked out nobodies! I not sold on Agbekos power either, sure he got some pop but Perez had been extremely inactive & Gonzalez had already been stopped by Jhonny Gonzalez & Cordoba! I have to disagree with you as I feel Vic is the better puncher (than Gonzalez) & has proved it against a higher level of opposition.

Yeah. All Gonzalez has is power. You talking about a natural Bantamweight and a natural Flyweight. Gonzalez is the bigger fighter with the bigger punch. That don't mean he's the better fighter. Cuz he's not. There's no shame in losing to J. Gonzalez and Cordoba. Both are good fighters. And keep in mind William did floor both of them before losing.

Gonzalez' power is deceptive because it was built against questionable opposition. Nearly every time he's stepped up he's either failed or struggled! Yes there's no shame in losing to Jhonny or Cordoba as they are good fighters, I didn't aim to imply there was, its just that Cordoba is not that noted as a puncher. So its not like Agbeko done something that hadn't already been done.

Remember quite a few of Darchinyans earlier fights were around 115-118 before settling at 112. I don't think there is much difference in the natural weights. I realize Gonzalez has strayed above 118 a couple of times but has remained at 118 for the majority of the time.

I still feel is the bigger puncher!

How will Darchinyan's power do against Agbeko?.. Hell, he couldn't even hurt the bigger Donaire and we all know Agbeko is a natural 118 fighter. I wouldn't be surprised if Vic gets KOed.

But if Darchinyan wins this fight though, it will be from his newly improved defense and modified offense skill.
