Is Gevor any good, at or near Abraham's level?

Don't know much about him, just what I see on boxrec and I don't recognize many of the names I've guys he's fought except for a few guys like Tatesvoyan.

Gevor is a pretty good body puncher,but can't say much about him(have only seen his last 2 fights...)
and that is exactly the thing about him...he has such a low profile, that he is pretty hard to rate...
But I'm pretty sure he will show determination and heart...

Abraham is looking quite tanned for a European. And here was me thinking thinking anyone from Germany, Austria, the UK or any of the Eastern bloc had to be milky white
