Default ESPN's FNF thread for Feb. 17th - Dallas Jr. vs. Miguel Gonzalez

Coming from my neck of the woods, in Arlington, Texas, not the greatest card, but usually there's some good boxing news if the fights aren't.

    Feb. 17
At Arlington, Texas (ESPN2/ESPN3): Mike Dallas Jr. vs. Miguel Gonzalez, 10 rounds, junior welterweights; Shawn Estrada vs. Terrance Woods, 8 rounds, super middleweights; Luis Yanez vs. Jamal Parram, 4 or 6 rounds, bantamweights; Ray Ximenez vs. Lamar Charlton, 4 rounds, junior featherweights; Charles Hatley vs. Romaro Johnson, 6 rounds, junior middleweights; Jose Rodriguez vs. Alexander Lopez, 4 rounds, junior lightweights; Angel Sigala vs. Corey Washington, 4 rounds, middleweights.

I know who Dallas Jr. is, but i'm not sure who Miguel Gonzalez is, hopefully we see a decent main event. the card starts @ 9:00 PM ET or in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Sometimes a card that looks weak ends up being entertaining, i'm thinking Dallas. Jr .- Gonzales might be a rematch, but i'm not sure. Beer makes women seem beautiful at closing time, and ordinary fights more worth watching.

    Good evening gentlemen.

Gonzalez is from Cleveland, so you know I'll be rooting for him.

But his ring name is Silky Smooth.

Thats a disgrace that he came in at that weight, and shouldn't be allowed to fight IMO.
