How many times have you been sick this year?

Fresh off of getting the flu in the jungle I am again seriously under the weather. Coughing like a mad man and going through tissue like a tissue molester. Can't even sleep either as I just can't breathe.

So, the fascinating question of the day. How many times have you been sick this year?

I think I've had the flu twice and a common cold twice now. It's looking likely I will get one more before the year is out. It's a heavier year than usual.

I've had a few mini colds. I think it's mostly the environment I'm working in - all ac no fresh air.

I've had a couple of times where I've gone through 5 boxes of tissues in 24 hours not pretty.

Had 2 days off sick. If we didnt have these return to work interviews it probably would have been more. It really is stupid though. They'd be better of sending the sick home so they dont infect everyone else.

Yeah, not cool. Two rolls of toilet tissue today and at least 50 sneezes. Pretty intense. And then on going to bed I realised that oxygen wasn't reaching my brain. Just stayed up and watched football instead.

These sicknesses suck as they are so pointless. It's a shame our feeble bodies haven't worked out a way to deal with this. We can solve cancer and yet flu etc, are just beyond us and always so.

I have had an amazing year health wise. Since starting my training program in January I have not been ill for a single day this year!!!

Furthermore I had my annual health review blood tests last week and they were my best ever blood results.

Cholestral levels were apparently superb. All my counts were absolutely fine and normal, and my testosterone count, which last year was so low they offered my replacement therapy has boosted by about 50%.

Most amazingly of all my thyroid function has even improved and they have told me to reduce my daily thyroxin dose from 175 to 150mg.

And just 10 miuntes ago I set a new fastest ever rowing time smashing over a second off my previous best 2:30 split, a personal best that itself was only two days old.

So I'm feeling great right now AND I have a girl coming over to fuck me tonight too

Life is sweet right now.

I would love to have a full health check, but I would worry about how far gone I am.

What do you do? Just ask for some kind of full check?

I'm okay but barely got any sleep last night and am still full of sneezes, coughs, dizziness and all that associated stuff. I should really get myself a proper supply of medicine for times like this and they seem to be frequent. It's my own fault as I don't look after myself, but it would be nice to be a little more healthy. I might just have some chicken wings and go for a drive. That's always cheers me up, but surprisingly enough does little for a depleted immune system.
