Wouldn't be suprised to see Mercer come back for Kimbo. He seriously wants to get at this guy after he apparently broke the "verbal agreement" they had to have a stand up fight in the exhibition cage fight they had when Kimbo took him down and subbed him.
Not sure Mercer could still get a boxing licence though.
Someone mentioned Evander but IMO that would be risking Kimbo's life. Evander may be an old guy but he's in shape and is a true legend. He would cause serious damage to Kimbo.
Here's something else Gary Shaw says, "Om nom nom nom nom, lies, nom nom."
Its pretty sad when guys who can't cut it in MMA are coming over to boxing.
Like said previously, Kimbo is a big guy who can throw big punches, but he's relatively old, has stamina issues and has NO chin. Watch his fight with Seth Petruzelli. Seth is a 205lb guy, who knocked Kimbo out with a jab while he had one foot in the air.
I can see the headlines next month BTW...
DAVID HAYE AGREES TO FIGHT KIMBO SLICE
I doubt Haye would fight his own brother lol.

Boxing is a big tent, there's no limit to who gets fights providing you pass a physical (in most places). UFC is very exclusive, they do try and take the "best of the best" but they've had their trouble trying to grow the sport in certain weight classes and with certain fighters that are difficult to make contracts with.
Kimbo COULD be ushered safely to a small title or he could just be fed to the wolves....but if Kimbo can't mess guys up with 4 ounce gloves I doubt that now (bad leg and all) that he'll be all that great at messing guys up with 12 ounce gloves. Even if he cut to cruiserweight he'd have trouble vs their top level guys.
Look at it this way....who do you have in a Kimbo Slice-Brian Minto fight?
^Ty Fields KO's him in 1 round IMO.
Whats Eric Crumble doing now? Wonder if he's available
