I've been training in muay thai for about a year (i'm 15 now)
Since I just started my trainer didn't throw me straight into muay thai and it's more like i'm doing kickboxing.
yet I still feel my boxing needs an improvment, a big one.
I can't deflect any punch or avoid it, I barely succeed in guarding it.
I can't get myself to hit my opponent on sparring, on a real fight I have no mercy but I can't train like that..
I can't connect any hooks or uppercuts and it's driving me crazy, and I feel I can generate alot of power throwing an uppercut.
Also i'm a southpaw, yet it seems to have alot of weaknesses like having my liver closer to my opponent.
I have a long range for my weight
I weigh 54 Kg and my height is 1.73m
I want to be able to connect hooks and uppercuts, I want to avoid punches and it's not like I don't know the movement..I know it but I can't execute it on time
I want to get better..how should I work on all of the stated above?
