I went to a new gym today and saw something i havent seen before in other gyms and it was like a double ended bag but heavier and it was set up on an angle, does anyone know what its called and what you use it for?

It could be some sort of uppercut bag.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
