Default Torres vs. Holt (Spoiler) >>>>

    Torres TKOs Holt!
WBO junior welterweight champion Ricardo "Mochuelo" Torres (33-1, 29 KOs) scored a come-from-behind eleventh round TKO over mandatory challenger Kendall Holt (22-2-1, 12 KOs) to retain his world title on Saturday night in Barranquilla, Colombia. Holt appeared headed toward the belt when he dropped Torres in round six and was in command the next few rounds. Torres, however, reached down deep to turn the tide in the tenth and got the stoppage in the eleventh when referee Genaro Rodriguez halted the bout with Holt taking punishment on the ropes.

I hope this fight turns up somewhere it sounds like FOTY candidate with all the knockdowns and the come from behind TKO.

could have been a quick stoppage(I'll have to wait and see) But Holt's chin let him down again. So whenever I watch a Holt fight I'm on edge because his chin isn't the greatest and when its truly tapped he goes with it.

I wish Torres all the credit in the world. But if this is a FOTY candidate I won't mind seeing rematch.

    What up Starr?
CC#1185, I love seeing your name on here it brings a smile to my face.
I myself can't believe it I thought Holt was slick enough to get past Torres with flying colors but I was wrong.

    How about Arnoutis vs. Holt?
Let them fight for contention and see who stays on top of that list.

Sounds like Holt almost got there. Torres deserves credit for the victory! By the sounds of it a rematch may be warranted.

Oh, me too. I remember mocking those who though Torres would win.

Nobody has seen the fight yet, so we don't really know whether it was a legit stoppage or not.

It wouldn't suprise me in the least if Torres got a Colombian hometown bullshit stoppage in his favor. Then again, maybe it was a good stoppage.

Nobody can really say until they've actually seen the fight.

I'm glad Torres won. He's a gutsy champion and is overlooked by the rest of the belt holders. He should try and get unification.

We already had that bro, although to be fair it was such a boring and utterly shit fight that your brain has probably forced the memories of it out of your head......wish mine would do the same for me

    Hey Mick
It's amazing how you can analyse a fight that you haven't even seen, I remember you once offering critique on a RBR!
