    Default Ricky vs. Lazcano

    http://www.rickyhitmanhatton2.com/la...-news-742.html

The Hatton website has presented an article from the Manchester evning news in which it reports that Hatton is due to fight Juan Lazcano on March 24th.

Hatton was originally scheduled to fight Lazcano back in November 2005 but instead met with the crude slugger Carlos Maussa.

Now it appears that Lazcano will finally get his shot despite having been beaten by both Jose Luis Castillo and former Witter Victim Vivian Harris

I'm ok with this as I hate it when fights get signed and then cancelled. Lazcano is no walkover, but should be a win for Ricky. I was hoping he'd get Torres over here to get a belt back though.

I was thinking along the same lines myself bz, but I had been waiting to see him fight Lazcano for a while so I don't mind at all.

Excellent, Lazcano makes for a typical Hatton opponent, a nice C lister who poses little threat.

I guess a fight with N'dou or Ngoudjo beckons if he comes through this one

A Lazcano-type punchbag was a cert after the beating last time.. shame though

After satisfying his lovers he'll be back off to the States to fight the ultra-dangerous Powderpuff Malignaggi
