    Default Raphael Butler

Raphael Butler is fighting on Shobox tonight. I've been interested in seeing this guy since I read about him in The Ring magazine's up-andcomers (not sure what is actually called) section last year.

At the time he was undefeated, but I believe he tasted defeat since then.

Has anyone out there seen him in action and have an opinion on him?

I saw that nursing home fight myself, and Travis Walker was almost an upset tonight also.

I saw him get his second loss against John Clark. He boxed pretty good and thoroughly dominated the first. But then about a minute out he got hit by this real wild looping left hand. He got hit with it on the ropes and stumbled all the way across the ring and fell on the second rope. He got up and got hit again and went through the ropes. He got up again but he was out of it and ended up falling down just slipping a punch.

Ever since then he has gone downhill really. He fought the very entertaining but limited Jason Gavern and was completely gassed out and uninterested in the fight 3 rounds in.
