Default Roger Mayweather vs. Vinny Paz (WILD FIGHT)

Two of the biggest A-holes in boxing go to war !

I love Paz and think Roger is generally a scum bag, but damn he weathered the storm and countered Paz very well in this one.

These fuckers hit each other after the bell pretty much every round.

Then Lou Duva rushes Roger at the end and Roger drops him with a right hand, giving him a cut and mouse on his cheek bone.

    CRAZY !

Roger was wrecking Paz with those uppercuts. Had 3 great characters there, Roger, Duva and Paz. Must been hard on Mills lane to ref that fight.

Good thread Hulk, Roger Mayweather (Black Mamba) was a pretty damn good fighter back in the day, you can see a lot of him in Floyd Jr., especially the defense.
Lou 'Diva' was a mess at times, i'm surprised the fat fuck never had a heart attack when he jumped in the ring like that. Duva was the trainer/manager for some of the most famous boxers in the world including 19 World Champions. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall Of Fame in 1998.

Champions: Along with Vinny Pazienza, Duva also trained or managed:

Evander Holyfield, Pernell Whitaker, Michael Moorer, Arturo Gatti, Meldrick Taylor, Mark Breland, Lennox Lewis, Joey Giardello, Rocky Lockridge, Bobby Czyz, Livingstone Bramble, Johnny Bumphus,Tony Tucker, Mike McCallum, Darrin Van Horn, John John Molina, Eddie Hopson, Hector Camacho, and Fernando Vargas.

Thanks. Very entertaining fight, Pazienza kept bulling in and looked to be scoring pretty well, even rocked Roger a bit with some of those left hooks. But, he ran into that perfect uppercut and went down.

Duva did have something close to a heart attack during the Bowe vs. Golota II riot. Crazy fatty reminded me of that baseball manager for the Yankees or Red Sox a few years back that rushed the field and got thrown down by a player.

Mayweather took some massive shots in that fight. What a knockdown at the end though, such a clean punch that landed.

I do remember the fight or at least Duva being a maniac. Julio Ceaser Chevaz knew how to handle Roger.

Great fight. At 2:10 of the video, Paz throws the lowest blow I've ever seen in a boxing match.

At least the low blows only landed on the leg.
