Clear win on the cards against a mobile bloke with a ‘granite’ chin. Give it five years it’ll be just as genius as Lewis Tua 😀

When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
Charley Burley
Wilder knocks Joshua out. Especially fighting or sparring like he did today.
Parker loses the title he never really won and never really defended. Good riddance
It looked like Parker was trying not to lose rather than win. Joshua needs at lease two more fights to be ready for Wilder. Joshua should have been busier. He did not look good at all.
Joshua doesn't have that much time at the top based on recent performances.
He can get incrementally better each fight, but a big young heavyweight with an ortiz skillset will box his head off till he doesn't want it anymore. (Where are they?)
Marketing team, Eddie Hearn and Joshua can milk this one until he gets flattened which I don't think will be that long, unless more "tomato cans" are put in front of him
The sport section of newspapers are full of how Joshua is such an idol to young kids, the impressive boxing team around him monitoring everything very carefully, and yet this is the performance he delivers.

Not saying he beats him right out but hardly a stellar show by Joshua and Parker jab gave him problems well enough. AJ showed reserves in late rounds and strength to pull away for me. Also see Wilder with faster one, two. No certainty either way for me, but fight must happen.
Does this performance make you question if he would beat Ortiz?
Joshua says he wants Wilder or Fury. Haha. That’s a joke.
I honestly think that Wilder knocks out Joshua. Obviously I’m not super confident, but if I had to put money on it I would put it on Wilder.
AJ keeps wilder on the end of the Jab all night.. and when or if they both trade you basically flip a coin..
Was frankly expecting a better fight. The cards were horrendous also. Agree with the poster that said Parker fought not to lose (or get KO'ed). AJ was flat, maybe giving Parker too much respect. Still don't know what to make of a Wilder-AJ fight.... not gonna change my expectations off this one fight.
Wilder is still Wilder with all of his flaws. AJ must establish and live on that strong jab..not half way point but very start. AJ also has far better arsenal and physical strength, and composure to beat Wilder.
But if he stands there looking on flat feet I can see another scenario where Wilder short circuits him and AJ doesn't move around and bend at waist that well, least this night. Both have tremendous pluses and minuses for heavyweights really.
I think Parker deserves credit for being competitive right to the end, Joshua less so for failing to take him out, height weight and reach advantage not used.
As for Wilder I still think he's a clown who doesn't know how to box, but if AJ's got any sense he'll have another couple of 5-10 mil fights before risking it against a car park fight nutcase.
AJ won the fight with his jab simple but effective Parker seemed to have a lot of nervous energy did not land much not
much action but thats boxing sometimes what you expect you don't get.
I see AJ beating Wilder but Fury would be a very difficult fight but it would be a mega fight over here hopefully theses fights will happen.
