    Default Molitor - Labarda

Apparently it's a tune-up fight for the proposed Molitor - Caballero unification bout which is being talked about for Nov. I've never heard of Labarda, apparently he's a former Olympian (2000) and he's unbeaten at 18-0, but his record is unimpressive at best. Apparently Molitor has a new trainer, I thought Chris Johnson was doing a great job with Molitor, does anyone know anything about Stephane Larouche? I know he trains Bute, but that's about it.

Is it this guy? Ceferino Dario Labarda

18-0 all in Argentina against guys with losing records. Hard to get excited about this one.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

All the hullabaloo and where does he fight, Casino Rama. I'm glad it is in Canada, but wasn't the whole point to get him exposed to a broader base of fans?

I read yesterday about the new trainer. Oh well, look forward to the fight no matter what.

I agree that it's hard to get excited about it, but I think it's more of a stay-busy/tune-up fight until Caballero is ready to fight again in Nov. If that's the case, I can forgive the lackluster opposition.

Ceferino Dario Labarda never fought outside of his country with low KO percentage.

It should be a walk in the cake for Molitor.
