Ok we are halfway through the year, can you guys help me come up with the candidates for Fight of the Year so far?

I have

Maidana/Ortiz

Cotto/Clottey

Froch/Taylor

Marquez/Diaz

I know I'm forgetting some gems, help me out.

Marquez/Diaz so far imo. Maidana/Ortiz sure was heading that way but unfortunately came to an end too fast.

I'm expecting a potential foty tomorrow

I thought Ward/Miranda was very entertaining and to me somewhat of an upset. Diaconu/? I forget his name right now was good.

from a british point of view killer its got to be froch taylor, but on the world scene just going on the upset and shock factor its got to be maidana ortiz, ortiz was meant to be the next comin, but ortiz was left wantin, add to that it was a great fight, so my pick is ortiz maidana, for the second half off the year tho i cant help thinkin cotto and pac man will be the one, if it comes off that is

I'd throw in Paschal/Diaconu but Diaz/Marquez is the pick so far for me, great action, highest skill level of all as well.

Nah not FOTY Juan Diaz/JMM is a better fight IMO, but Victor Ortiz vs Marco Rene Maidana round 1 maybe the ROTY at this moment.
