Have you ever noticed that, on tv and movie gang shows, the gang is always mixed race? There is always a black guy, a white guy, and asian guy and a hispanic guy? And they all wear bandanas and sweatshirts with cut off sleeves?

If it's on regular FOX...it'll probably suck. If it's on FX it might be good. FX can get away with a bit more.
