Croissants - i was silly enough when younger to think if they're plain they're ok but they're sooooooo bad!
Iced coffees - technically you drink them but i'll list it here because even the light Iced coffees seem to add on the kilos - I love them though! We have a brand called Farmers Union Iced coffees in SA which are delicious!
Anything too late at night.
I think its when to eat is the secret within reason.

pure lard. try to avoid it.
Its a Habit I picked up when Climbing the Big Hills. Big Breakfast then Little and often drinking water often as you could. Climbing you had to be carefull of Body weight ratio power, plus the lighter you were the more chance the Rope had of stopping you hitting the deck. Also eating at night wasnt a good idea only having Head Torches to do things. Plus after 7 your Metabolism drops and doesnt need the Fuel its how it works. Hope it was of interest.

There's not black and White there really.
Your metabolism will naturally be low by that time of the day if you're just doing ordinary things, if you've just finished an intense work out your metabolism will still be on high for about 2 hours after.
Still harder to Digest, as I said the 1st post anything within Reason. Memory should teach good Habits, and to a degree everyones different, Learn good eating Habits, atreat now and then is good for you, makes you Feel good

HHmm i normally eat a late lunch about 3pm then train 5.30-8pm then don't be hungry until about 9pm when i normally cook something. When I try to just eat cereal a bowl of cereal i be starving and end up phoning a takeaway! So I normally cook a stirfry with noodles or rice, still not great but better than a takeaway. Whats a good meal to eat to fill me up at that time of night after training? Im also starting the kellogs challange, 2 bowls 2 meals 2 week thing. It prob wont be enough to fill me up though, i always find i eat a lot more when i train hard. Anyway foods not to eat...
ice cream
chips
coke
cheese
I'm always lazy after a night training. I really don't want to cook. I find a protein shake with either fruit or say vegies perhaps with gravy (microwaved coz I'm lazy).
I find that's enough as long as i eat a good sized breakfast and I'm programed to have an earlyish lunch and afternoon tea a couple of hours before an evening training.
Right or wrong I try to get most of my carbs in early in the day and if I'm in training I make sure I have some kind of protein at night. I've just found i think that's what works for me especially if I'm trying to make weight.
They say not to have microwaved stuff but that's just a popular myth. Microwaved vegies will be more nutritious because tey don't loose nutrient to the water they're boiled in etc.
Another thing not to eat - cockroaches!
I know they cook them up and eat them in Thailand but surely that's just wrong and insane etc! I squashed a massive one I found on the wall next to my bed this morning and I just don't see how anything like that is edible let alone good for you!
