who is calzaghe ducking exactly?? i dont quite follow there....admittedly its been tough finding an opponent, i would say its more a case of others avoiding calzaghe....

I'd agree with that,each have their reasons so far,although obviously on the other hand,it COULD be argued that Lewis wanted no more of Vitali a second time around and obviously if Floyd does not fight Margarito at some point,there will be question marks.Originally Posted by yoitsdan

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Judah v Spinks III, he has no where to go any big name welter would beat Zab. He should go back to 140 IMO.

I have corrected this before and I'll do it again. RJ was too young for those guys and then those guys were too old for Roy, end of story regarding those three. Yes Roy could have fought better competition but there are various reasons it didn't happen, he fought James Toney at his absolute best and shut him out.
I think Mosley is an underrated fight ducker...just NOW he's starting to fight the people he should have fought and if he's smart he'd call out Trinidad!

Its a known fact Toney struggled big time to make the weight for that fight.

What we have here is 3 great fighters be accused of ducking comp but in reality the fights havent materialised .
Out of the 3 , id admit that Floyds comp in recent times hasnt been what it should. His best opponent was Judah who was coming off a loss to a nobody and in fairness Spinks did a better job on Judah the 1st time . He floored him too whereas Floyd was the one on the floor when he met Zab

RJJ always avoided the best smw from Europe like Eubank, Benn, Collins and indeed Calzaghe. The same could be said about very overrated Hopkins.
