If Hatton had thrown punches and accurate punches at that, then i would say he would beat Collazo. As it was Hatton couldn't land the very few punches he threw at Collazo. Hatton has to throw punches at collazo, if there is a rematch, to win. You just can't move forward and hold. He was extremely lucky to get the decision he got, from the judges
Did you watch the fight?Originally Posted by sexydarin
No i usually comment on fights without watching them. What kind of question is that? Of course i watched the fight.
Just your comment about Ricky landing 2 punches makes me wonderOriginally Posted by sexydarin
It was an exaggeration to make a point that Hatton hardly threw any punches. I did not literally mean that Hatton threw only 2 punches per round. Although at times it did seem there were only 2 puncehs per round.
He had an off night going up in weight against a very tricky opponent.
why do people hate on calozzo so much
never noticed any hate for him....who is calozzoOriginally Posted by KickboxAmob
hahaha i mean collazo
i think people need to stop focusing on what ricky didnt do
and give collazo credit for what he did do
thats all
oh right already didOriginally Posted by KickboxAmob
i think he gives any Welter a tough fight
Yet people still use Zab Judah having the same kind of problems against Spinks against him No double standards Ricky should rematch Collazo and try to put an exclamation on it. Better for Ricky to have lost then get a decision he didn't win. Zab lost and got the rematch with Spinks for peanuts and then took care of it. Why can't Hatton do the same after winning and getting a decision he didn't win why isn't he doing everything to get a rematch and put an exclamation point on it, like Roy Jones, Zab Judah, Floyd Mayweather and all those others did One things for sure, they didn't run back down for easier work because of one hard fightOriginally Posted by Entragian
