Its a nice site, only the real idiots will get ripped into. The most important thing is to back up you statements with as much fact as you can, or make sure everybody knows its your opinion on the matter. As long as you dont try to be a know it all without having the facts to back it up.

I am new here as well, this is a great board. excellent group of boxing fans, and like you said no personal attacks , and no childishness. which is truly refreshing. The downside is I find myself glued to this board when I need to be in the Gym. .

The forum at Dog House has gone to hell.  Which is why I never asked to be reinstated after he gave me a lifetime ban.  It's full of moronic posters, each with like 3 or 4 diffrent aliases.  Glax needs to clean up all the garbage over there.  It's that bad. By the way the sc was for Glax.
