Can you find out the purses for boxing matches and if so where would one look.

Not public record and often they are not ever concrete when it get's to the big fights. Some top fighters get percentage of TV sales and other profits related to the event. What level of fighter are you curious about?

Same level as Pavlik and Miranda are at right now, not big major promotions where PPV is involved or anything.

I would say Pavlik made $10,000 - $25,000 for that fight.
Miranda will be making in the low to mid 6 figures in Germany.

Not until you are fighting as main event on HBO are you gonna get close to the 7 fig mark.

Keep in mind after that they have to pay managers, trainers, taxes, and other expenses.
