more frequent nutritious meals, smaller portions, . eggs and toast morning apple for brunch,, turkey sandwich lunch , mid day pear , protein shake, dinner chicken, asparagus, wild rice, salad, and don't eat anything after 6:00 in the PM

Also need about an hour of good cardio every day.. can be broken up into morning and evening :30 min each . the fat will melt off, most people make the mistake of not eating , and that actually puts weight on, because your body goes into starvation mode and starts to store fat. Eating the right foods more often in small portions keeps the body’s metabolism running at a high level.
Good luck with all that !

CC if you eat all the time you won't store as many calories from your meals but you will get a lot of nutrients... whereas if you starve your self you will store a lot of calories from your meals but get less nutrients...
