    Sorry, ty, I disagree 100%. A GOOD coach....doesn't matter what the sport is, will ALWAYS get MORE from his player than could have been expected otherwise.

    McGirt and Roach are the best trainers I've seen when it comes to not forcing their (or a certain fighting style) on each of their fighters. They all seem to make the most out of a fighter's strengths and fortify the fighter's weaknesses. They also give very good advice in between rounds as does Steward. Worst trainer I've seen lately on the opposite side of the spectrum is Danny Smith. He had Vargas trying to fight like Ishe Smith. Clearly that was all wrong when pressure fighting was clearly the only way Vargas should have fought.
