hey folks. I'm confused as to how to execute push ups correctly. I do them going all the way down to about an inch beetween my chest and the floor. My trainers and the other experienced boxers, thai boxers, and grapplers tend to do them very fast and they don't go low on the push up like I do. They don't seem like full push ups and almost seem like cheating, yet these guys have muscular chests. Is there a reason they do these push ups like this?
