what the hell is he thinking? this might be the dumbest thing he done by far..the next dumbest thing would be to fight shane at 147..but i suppose oscar is a much easier task than sugaR SHANE. oh well...let's go floyd....

I haven't seen any details saying what weight the fight will be at, Seeing how Oscar said in the past he was going to back to welter and Floyd just got there I would think it would be a catch weight. But who knows, the only thing i've seen is if PPV numbers are what they expect them to be it will the biggest payday either fighter has ever had. So we have a few month's to speculate on whats real.

Floyd by decision at whatever weight it's held.

    Can't see this fight delivering.

It would be technically excellent but as far as excitement goes....

They are fighting at 154 for Oscar's belt WBC supewelter.

I don't think this is a mistake at all, win or lose, just taking this fight will up his credibility.
If he wins he beats an icon. If he loses, he lost to a legend.

Either way as long as he shows up to fight and fights to show his skills, he wins marketability IMO.

CC,everyone seems to forget, although on paper it looks awesome, how wil it look as an actual boxing fight? Oscar chasing Floyd,Floyd jabbing etc and either winning a UD or Ocar making it more a fight and winning more rounds, having the odd moment, but Floyd still wins.

But think of this, ODLH has the ability to cut off the ring effectively and FORCE PBF to fight his fight. I see some fireworks actually.

With speed, footwork, Oscar always has trouble. Doesn't matter if he comes in at 180. heh

....what is this information based on The Mosley fights The Whittaker fight

Shane and Floyd are two TOTALLY different fighters!!!

Floyd is MORE like Sweet Pea than Shane but there is still a big difference. Sweet Pea didn't like getting stuck on the ropes, and also Pernell threw combinations unlike Floyd

....anyone would have trouble with that...Floyd is like a mix of Sweet Pea and James Toney.

Floyd is very talented but his workrate just isn't up there with Sweet Pea's and it'll hurt him vs Oscar!
