ICB you dont have to keep your lead hand to high as long as the elbows have the right position on the ribs and chest. It helps the shoulders to relax because they are not supporting the arms so the response to movement is better and quicker plus you can disgiuse your shots better the first thing that moves when throwing a shot are the elbows, the shoulder and fist are for the con.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
