To even make that fight Audley would need to beat probably Gammer and Sprott, maybe a rubber match with Williams.
And if Warren does actually make good on his promise of getting Matt a world title shot then Audley may be too late, as Skelton will have moved on.
Remember Skelton is about 40, he's only got a couple years left.
It will take Audley that long just to rebuild.

Someone needs to sit Audley down and tell him its over. I'm sure there have been occurrences of fighters getting starched early in their careers and going on to do good things, but not at 35 years old.
