It is real bilbo but I think it must have been shown on an 'Americas dumbest' sort of program where they zoomed into the actual footage but the you tube uploader muted it. Kind of makes it funnier for me.
Sorry scrapdid the same thing to me I just slid onto the floor out of control almost filling my pants. The bit where he fell on top of the shelf trying to jump off the ladder just killed me..........specially after falling in and having bottles fall on his face.
